Thank you to everyone who supported our school during the in-person sale. Our goal was to sell 875 books, and the final count was 1003 books sold!

The Ashton United Methodist Church extends an invitation to the community to attend the Baccalaureate service on Sunday, May 5th.

On Friday, five high school students traveled to Sauk Valley Community College to participate in the 3rd annual Education Symposium. Students in attendance were Ayden Willstead, Morgan McBride, Lauren Stone, Donivan Myler, and Madison Holbrook. While there, students learned more about the Education Pathways Endorsement, participated in a scavenger hunt, and attended a variety of breakout sessions on various education topics. The afternoon concluded with a celebration of students earning their Education Endorsement. Congratulations to Lauren Stone for being the first student from AFC to earn this Endorsement!

Congratulations to our Raider(s) of the week from the past two weeks, Brock and Claire! These two have been phenomenal teammates on and off the field, have led by example in the hallways, and have been playing exceptionally well as of late. We are very proud of your hard work and leadership. Congrats, Brock and Claire!

Come to Grand March and Coronation on April 27th at 5:30 pm in the new gym to see who gets crowned King and Queen!

AFC FFA members Xavier Kloss, LaHelah Cunningham, and Corey Heinrich participated in the Section 2 FFA Livestock and Dairy Judging Career Development Event today. Corey was the 10th place individual in Dairy Judging and the team placed 7th in Dairy and 9th in Livestock. #AFCFFA
