Congratulations to our Raider of the Week, Reese! She has participated in volleyball, basketball, and now softball. She was nominated for being a great teammate, always bringing a smile and joy to practices and games, and her grit on the field. She scored from first base in the bottom of the 8th inning to propel the Lady Raiders to victory in their first game of the season! Congratulations, Reese!

This week at AFC (3/11 - 3/16)

The AFC Scholastic Bowl Team wrapped up their season this Saturday competing in the Warren Sectional. The Raiders faced some tough competition with losses to Riverdale and Winnebago, but they got to end the day on a high note with a 290-260 win against Morrison. Every member of the team answered at least one toss up question and we could not be more proud of our students for advancing to sectionals for the first time in school history! AFC ends their season with an outstanding record of 31-11. We would also like to give special recognition to our seniors Lauren Stone and Ethan Vogeler for their dedication to the program over these past four years!

REMINDER! Anyone entering 1st - 8th grade next year interested in Jr. Tackle football, come on out to the meeting this Sunday (3/10) in the high school gym.

Good luck to our Academic Bowl Team as they compete in the Warren Sectional tomorrow!
