Dear AFC Families,

I hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy.  I am very pleased to be able to share some good news with you as well as an opportunity to provide important feedback.

AFC was recently informed that the state has expended one of the emergency school lunch programs. Due to the opportunity offered through the Illinois State Board of Education, we are able to offer a free school lunch to all students enrolled in the AFC school district. This offer includes our in-person students and those learning remotely. Unless extended, the program will expire on December 31st of 2020.  For the remainder of the 1st Semester, any student that would like a school lunch will receive one at no cost.

The second part of my message is a request for feedback.  AFC is committed to continuously to evaluating our student instructional plan, especially during this COVID-19 crisis. As we approach the end of the 1st Quarter we would like feedback from our families.  Below you will find a link to a parent survey, if the link does not work please copy the link and paste it into your browser.  The survey will close on September 24th at 10:00pm, please take a moment to complete the survey.
