PTC

 

The AFC PTC (Parent-Teacher Club) is an organization with a mission; Bringing High quality education to our students by bringing together the parents and teachers of District #275. The goal of the PTC is to raise money for educational endeavors and coordinate activities that provide fun, excitement, and learning opportunities for our students in the elementary, middle, and high schools!

 

 

To assist in bringing a high quality education to our students and provide community events for the district. The AFC PTC sponsors several fundraising and fun-filled activities throughout the year.

With the proceeds earned from these events, literally tens of thousands of dollars are reinvested into the education of our students. By donating much of the money to the Teacher's Wish List, our teachers are able to purchase supplies and materials that help make our children's learning fun and exciting!

 

 

Last year alone, through its fund raising events, AFC PTC was able to donate nearly $20,000 to the education of our students and to sponsor fun events for kids of all ages! That's right! $20,000 that was used to purchase educational materials and provide community events like: Fun Night, Santa's Workshop, and the Family Carnival for our district. Now that's an organization that is making a difference!

If you are interested in joining the AFC PTC or have questions about the organization, please contact school administration, your child's teacher, or a PTC member for more information. Better yet, attend an AFC PTC meeting on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM in the computer lab of the elementary school. If you'd like to join a club that is making a difference, please consider the AFC PTC !
